no JACK audio server found

ich kann zwar jack starten

allerdings findet muse keinen jack server ...

ist etwas mit den von mir verwendeten jack optionen faul?

jack startet bei dir mit 48 khz - ich glaub, muse kommt bisher nur mit 44.1 klar...


ich weiss zwar nichtmehr, warum ich das alles so verwende, aber ich starte jack so:

jackstart -v -R -d alsa -d hw -r 44100

und es funzt ...

hhmmm ... stimmt, aber normalerweise starte ich jack auch mit

# jackd -R -a -d alsa -d hw:0 -r 44100

ich nehme jackd, weil jackstart immer mekert, da ich keinen realtime kernel habe; bei mandrake9.1 ist keiner dabei.

aber auch dann findet muse keinen kack server

kennst du/jemand vielleicht eine option die jackstart auch ohne realtime starten laesst ?

Oder eine seite die erklaer, wie man einen kernel auf realtime trimmt?

da das -R fuer realtime, muesste es ohne ohne sein ...

neee das habe ich auch schon ohne -R probiert, aber hilft nicht. Es muesste eine option geben um Realtime explizit abzuschalten.

vielleicht ist das ja gar keine jack, sondern eine alsa option.

kannst du ja mit -d driver [ ... driver args ... ] angeben. schonmal bei alsa geschaut ?
