suse9.3: soundkartenkonfiguration bei neustart überschrieben

nach der soundkonfiguration mit yast sagt der alsamixer:
[AlsaMixer v1.0.8 (Press Escape to quit)]
Card: HDA Intel
Chip: C-Media CMI9880
View: [Playback] Capture All
Item: PCM
und ich höre sound!!
und nach dem neustart:
[AlsaMixer v1.0.8 (Press Escape to quit)]
Card: Dummy
Chip: Dummy Mixer
View: [Playback] Capture All
Item: Line
und der sound ist weg.
Warum ?

...und das deinstallieren von
kdemultimedia3-mixer
wie in

beschrieben, hilft leider auch nicht.

Alsamixer weiss eigentlich nichts von Soundkarten, es greift auf einen Treiber zu, der freilich vorher geladen sein muss.
Was steht denn bei Dir in
/etc/modprobe.d/sound
?
